心房刺激時のWenckebach周期，His束心電図による検討

　伝導時間が漸次延長しついで伝導途絶をおこすWenckebach周期（以下WP）^1）〜8）は，日常臨床上しばしば経験されるが常に典型的（古典的） WPを示すとは限らない。His束心電図（以下HBE）記録とともに，心房刺激を併用することにより，房室伝導に関する詳細な解析が可能となった。心房刺激によるWPの誘発はよく知られているが，多数例でHBEを記録しWPを検討したのは，Denesら^5）の報告をみるにすぎない。われわれは心房刺激により誘発されたWPのHBEを分析し，興味ある所見をえたので報告する。
