左室および右室の圧発生機能に関する実験的研究

Studies on Pressure Generation of the Left and the Right Ventricles in Dogs

　心筋の機能は条片（strip）においては張力発生にあり，無傷心（intact heart）の場合には圧力発生にある。これらの点からintact heartにおける左室，右室の発生しうる最高心室圧および臨床的に心臓の強さを表わす示標と考えられる定常循環最高心室圧などについての実験結果を報告する。

Studies on pressure generation of the left and the right ventricles in dogs-Maximal ventricular pressure and maximal ventricular pressure retain-ing stationary circulatory state against pressure afterload.

It is thought that ventricular function could be estimated as capability of pressure generation in the ventricular cavity, because the heart is composed of myocardium, of which function lies in tension development.
