心室の圧負荷における心室性期外収縮の発生について

Studies on Ventricular Extrasystoles due to Ventricular Pressure Loading

　心室の圧負荷により心室性期外収縮が発生するという記載はいくつかあるが，その系統的研究の報告はないようである。著者らは大動脈，肺動脈の狭窄による圧負荷法により心臓機能の検討を行なったが，しばしば心室性期外収縮の発生を認めた^17）。ここでは期外収縮の発生頻度，心室圧との関係などについて報告する。

Experiments were carried out to elucidate appearence rates of ventricular extrasystoles, when pressure loading was applied to the ven-tricles, as well as degrees of pressure loading initiating extrasystoles. Right ventricular pres-sure loading was made by gradual occlusion of the pulmonary artery, left ventricular by gradual aortic occlusion. Right ventricular groups con-sisted of control group, coronary occlusion group, vertical ventriculotomy group, and transverse ventriculotomy group.
