急性Hypoxiaによる肺血管収縮の研究・Ⅰ—βアドレナリン受容体刺激と遮断の効果

Hypoxic Pulmonary Vascular Constriction Ⅰ:Effects of β-adrenergic Receptor Stimulation and Blockade

　急性のHypoxiaは臨床上肺炎，気管支喘息，気胸，気管異物，水溺，麻酔中，あるいは様々の原因による呼吸停止などで生じ，死につながりうる危険な状態である。急性のHypoxiaの循環動態については，従来臨床家によっても生理学老によっても研究がすすめられており^1）−3），私達も急性のHypoxiaの心臓血管作用とそのpropranololによる修飾について別の論文^4）で発表した。また急性のHypoxiaにより生じる循環不全は右室と左室に等しく生じるのではなく，主に右心不全であることを報告^5）した。Hypoxiaにより肺血管収縮が生じて肺高血圧が生じることは臨床的にも，実験的にも，確かめられているが^{7）9）30）31）}，この論文では肺循環調節上のβ—アドレナリン受容体の役割を明確にし，臨床上Hypoxiaあるいは肺高血圧をともなう患者の薬物治療を行なう上での基礎的な知識を深くすることを目的として行なった実験の成績を報告する。

The effects of acute hypoxia on the pulmonarycirculation were studied in anesthetized, open-chest cats. Acute hypoxia was induced by switch-ing the respiratory gas from 100% oxygen to 10% oxygen in 90% nitrogen. Acute hypoxia caused in increase in pulmonary artery pessure, cardiac output, and pulmonary vascular resistance. Beta-adrenergic receptor was blocked by intra-venous injection of propranolol O.5mg per kg.
