先天性心疾患の色素稀釈曲線とその簡易記録装置

Dye dilution curves obtained by a simple recording device in patients with congenital heart disease

緒言

　心臓疾患殊に先天性心疾患に対する関心は心臓手術の目覚ましい発達により近時一段とたかまりつつある。その診断法も従来の臨床的所見の他に幾多の検査法が進歩，普及して来た。中でも右心カテーテル法は先天性心疾患の正確な診断，特に心臓手術前後の検査として欠くべからざるものとなつた。

　色素稀釈曲線（Dye dilution curve）を求める方法は通常右心カテーテル法実施の際必ず併行して行うのであるが，勿論この検査だけも単独に行える。本法は簡便であること，安易であること，迅速に結果が分ること，安全であること，反覆して行えることなど操作上の利点があり，その波形から循環時間，短絡の有無なども知り得て検査上甚だ有力な方法である。しかし他の心肺動態諸成績と綜合して先天性心疾患の診断を確定し，その程度を決定する必要があり，診断方法として補助的立場にあることはいうまでもない。

With the intension of the automatic and continuous recording of dye-dilution curves, we arranged a simple device to a traditional Wood-type ear oximeter.

We gained a sufficient reliable results in clinical examination by this apparatus. And then by the dye dilution curves in 58 patients with congenital heart diseases, its circulation time and a characte-ristic of curves confirmed a safety, prominent and assistant reference in existence and direction of shunts.
