4) 慢性出血性小腸潰瘍症―いわゆる非特異性多発性小腸潰瘍症

Chronic Hemorrhagic Ulcers of the Small Intestine (CHUSI)

要旨　慢性出血性小腸潰瘍症，いわゆる非特異性多発性小腸潰瘍症は，小腸の病変からの持続する潜出血のため，臨床的には慢性の貧血，低栄養を来す疾患である．本疾患は，特徴的な形態学的所見ならびに切除標本の肉眼所見と病理組織所見を有しており，独立した疾患単位として取り扱うべきである．本稿では，臨床的事項，病理学的所見，形態学的所見，鑑別を含めた診断および治療について概説した．

　Chronic hemorrhagic ulcers of the small intestine (CHUSI), also referred to as nonspecific multiple ulcers of the small intestine (NMUSI) is a rare entity of small bowel disease. However, this disease has been widely accepted in Japan as an independent disease because of its characteristic clinical course, morphologic findings and pathological findings. In this manuscript, we dealt with these characteristics of CHUSI and described its correct diagnosis and treatment. It is important that we be able to diagnose CHUSI definitely and distinguish it from other small bowel disease with ulcerative lesions.
