要旨●患者は40歳代，男性．貧血の精査目的で，当院に紹介され受診となった．上部消化管内視鏡検査では，十二指腸第二部に小潰瘍を伴った狭窄病変を認め，その口側に輪状傾向で境界鮮鋭な浅いびらんを認めた．小腸X線所見では回腸に非対称性の硬化像が多発し，小腸内視鏡検査では，斜走する浅い潰瘍が多発していた．内視鏡所見，X線検査から非特異性多発性小腸潰瘍症と診断され，十二指腸病変も回腸と同様の形態を呈しており，非特異性多発性小腸潰瘍症の十二指腸病変と考えられた．

　A 40-year-old man was referred to our hospital for a detailed examination of anemia. Upper gastrointestinal endoscopy revealed a stenotic lesion accompanied by small ulcers in the second part of the duodenum. In addition, ring-shaped shallow erosion with a clear border was observed at the proximal end of the duodenum. Radiography of the small intestine revealed multiple regions with asymmetrical hardening in the ileum, and endoscopy of the small intestine revealed multiple obliquely aligned shallow ulcers. The patient was diagnosed with nonspecific multiple ulcers of the small intestine on the basis of endoscopic and radiographic findings. The lesions in duodenum exhibited the same morphology as those in the ileum, suggesting that the duodenal lesions were associated with nonspecific multiple ulcers of the small intestine.
