要旨

選択的胆管挿管（SBC）はERCPにおける基本的手技である。SBCの成功率を向上させるためには，通常の挿管法だけではなく，スフィンクテロトームを用いた挿管法，膵管ガイドワイヤー法，wire-guided cannulation, プレカット法など，さまざまな手技を習得する必要がある。このためにも，造影カテーテル，スフィンクテロトームやガイドワイヤーなど各種デバイスの特徴を熟知しなくてはならない。本稿ではSBCのために用いるデバイスについて，現在入手使用可能な種類，おのおのの特徴につき概説する。

　Selective biliary cannulation (SBC) is a basic procedure in endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP). In order to improve the success rate of SBC, it is necessary to learn not only the usual cannulation method but also various techniques such as cannulation using a sphincterotome, pancreatic duct guide wire-assisted cannulation, wire-guided cannulation, and pre-cut method. Therefore, it is necessary to be familiar with the characteristics of various devices such as ERCP catheters, sphincterotomes, and guide wires. In this article, we provide an overview of the currently available types of devices used for SBC and their characteristics.
