膵癌の肺転移が疑われた多発陰影がnodular lymphoid hyperplasiaであった1例

A case of nodular lymphoid hyperplasia in a patient with multiple nodules of suspected lung metastasis from pancreatic cancer

結節性リンパ組織過形成（nodular lymphoid hyperplasia：NLH）は消化管や肺にみられるまれなリンパ増殖性疾患と考えられている。画像診断において，肺についてはNLHに特異的とされる所見は示されておらず，悪性リンパ腫，原発性肺癌，転移性肺腫瘍との鑑別が問題となることがある。今回我々は，膵癌肺転移の可能性が疑われた多発肺結節が，病理学的所見からNLHの診断となった症例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Nodular lymphoid hyperplasia（NLH）is a rare lymphoproliferative disease found in the gastrointestinal tract and lungs. NLH in the lungs can present with various shadows on CT. In this report, we describe a case in which NLH was diagnosed based on pathological findings of multiple nodular shadows in the background of pancreatic cancer on CT. Because of the many similarities in CT findings, it is sometimes difficult to distinguish NLH from malignancy. Further study is needed to accumulate cases.
