耳下腺に発症した節性辺縁帯リンパ腫の1例

A case of nodal marginal zone lymphoma in the parotid gland

節性辺縁帯リンパ腫は全悪性リンパ腫の1.8％程度と極めてまれな低悪性度B細胞性リンパ腫である。今回我々は，70歳代男性の右耳下腺に発症した節性辺縁帯リンパ腫の1例を経験したので文献的考察を加え報告する。

A 70’s-year-old man had a 1.5 cm lump on the right cheek, but there is no symptom. MRI revealed nodule of the right parotid gland. Excision surgery of right nodule were performed and he was diagnosed with nodal marginal zone lymphoma. Nodal marginal zone lymphoma is one type of low-grade B-cell lymphoma. It is extremely rare disease, we report a case of marginal zone lymphoma in the parotid gland including identification of MRI imaging findings of parotid gland tumors, dynamic imaging and knowledge on the usefulness of ADC map.
