反応性結節性リンパ組織過形成（nodular lymphoid hyperplasia：NLH）の1例

A case of pulmonary nodular lymphoid hyperplasia with multiple lesions

反応性結節性リンパ組織過形成（nodular lymphoid hyperplasia：NLH）は，1983年にKradinらによって提唱された反応性肺リンパ増殖性疾患の1つである^1）。CTなどの画像診断の普及や免疫組織学的・遺伝子学的解析の進歩に加え，疾患概念の浸透に伴い，近年報告例が増加している。今回我々は，多発結節影を呈したNLHの1例を経験したため，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Nodular lymphoid hyperplasia（NLH）is a rare benign disease classified as a lymphoproliferative disorders. It is difficult to diagnose NLH and distinguish it from mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue（MALT）lymphoma both on imaging and histological examination. We herein report a case of NLH with multiple lung lesions, diagnosed by a surgical biopsy. NLH may present with various imaging findings, but its radiographic characteristics remain unclear. The accumulation of further cases is needed in order to improve the diagnosis of NLH.
