髄膜腫は頭蓋内原発性腫瘍として一般的であるが，まれではあるものの頸静脈孔に生じることがある。今回我々は，中耳腫瘤を契機に頸静脈孔腫瘍を指摘され，生検にて頸静脈孔髄膜腫と診断された1例を経験したため，文献的考察を加え報告する。

A man in his 60s presented to our hospital with his right tinnitus. Computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging scans showed a tumor had developed in the right jugular foramen extending extracranial area and sigmoid sinus. The biopsy was performed and the tumor was diagnosed jugular foramen meningioma. Meningiomas are common primary intracranial tumors, but they can rarely arise extracranially. When examining a middle ear mass, it is necessary to pay attention to the surrounding cranial base, and to consider the differential diagnosis based on the type of surrounding spread and characteristics.
