60歳，男性。内科にて転移性肺腫瘍と診断され，CTガイド下肺生検の結果，腺癌と判明した。前立腺生検の結果は前立腺癌であった。画像診断上，肺，胸膜以外に転移を認めなかった。内分泌療法施行後，胸部CT上肺，胸膜転移は消失し，現在PSAは1.1ng/mlまで低下している。
A 60-year-old man presented with multiple pulmonary tumor and histopathological examination of the CT guide pulmonary biopsy and prostatic biopsy revealed adenocarcinoma of the prostate. CT,MRI and bone scintigraphy showed no metastatic lesions except lung and pleura. Under the diagnosis of prostate cancer with metastatic pulmonary and pleural tumor,we perfomed complete androgen blockade（CAB）therapy. The pulmonary and pleural metastases disappeared on CT scan 9months after CAB. PSA level dropped to 1.1ng/ml.
