肝内胆管癌（intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma：ICC）は肝内に発生した胆管上皮に類似，あるいはそれに由来する細胞からなる上皮性悪性腫瘍としてしばしば経験されるが，ICCの新しいサブタイプであるICC with ductal plate malformation patternの報告は非常にまれであり，画像的な特徴に関する報告も乏しい。今回我々は，当院で経験したまれな1例に若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

ICC with ductal plate malformation（DPM）pattern was proposed by Nakanuma et al. in 2012 as an ICC with histological features similar to DPM, and was also classified as a new subtype of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma by WHO classification in 2019. Terada et al. reported a nodule showing early enhancement. Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma with DPM pattern as in this case has not been reported on imaging findings, and it is necessary to share imaging findings and accumulate cases to identify imaging features in the future.
