悪性腫瘍との鑑別に苦慮した肝反応性リンパ濾胞過形成の2例

Two cases of hepatic reactive lymphoid hyperplasia difficult to differentiate from malignant tumor

肝反応性リンパ濾胞過形成は，反応性の胚中心を伴ったリンパ濾胞を認め，リンパ球には異型がなくpolyclonalな反応性の増殖を認める病変である^1）。画像所見は定まったものはなく悪性腫瘍との鑑別が問題となる。今回我々は，悪性腫瘍との鑑別に苦慮し外科的切除を行った2例を経験したので報告する。

Hepatic reactive lymphoid hyperplasia is a mass lesion of the liver that is often difficult to distinguish from malignancy. One of the characteristics of this disease is that it is accompanied by lymphoid cell infiltration in the periportal area around the nodule, and the presence of AP（arterio‒portal）shunt reflecting this finding in a relatively large area around the nodule may be useful in differentiating it from malignancy.
