今回，胆管腺腫を背景に発生した肝内胆管癌を経験したので，画像所見と病理組織学的所見の対比を中心に報告する。
We report a case of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma（ICC）in a bile duct adenoma（BDA）, followed up as a hemangioma for 7 years. Our case showed the possibility of an adenoma carcinoma sequence in ICC.
