胃底腺ポリープは検診で偶発的に発見されることの多い非腫瘍性ポリープである。近年，プロトンポンプ阻害薬（proton pump inhibitor：PPI）の長期投与との関連が知られている。今回偶発的にMRCPで胃底腺ポリープを描出した3例につき画像所見を報告する。

Sporadic fundic gland polyps（SFGP）are common benign polyps of stomach. They typically occur in the body and fundus of the stomach and small. They are composed of dilated oxyntic glands lined by chief, parietal, and mucous neck cells. We report on three cases of MRI findings of SFGP. Each case showed multiple cysts along the greater curvature of the body and fundus of the stomach on MRI. Two of three cases received long-term PPI therapy.
