MRIで描出された胃腺窩上皮型過形成ポリープの3例

MRI of gastric foveolar hyperplastic polyp：incidental findings of MRCP

MRCPは主に胆膵系の検査目的に施行されるが，偶発所見に遭遇することがある。内視鏡や上部消化管造影で偶発的に発見される胃の非腫瘍性ポリープでは，胃底腺ポリープと胃腺窩上皮型過形成ポリープの頻度が高いことが知られている。以前の報告では，どちらもMRIではT2強調像で高信号を示す^1）2）。胃ポリープは良性疾患であることもあり，MRIの画像所見の報告はほとんどない。今回，MRIで描出され病理組織学所見が得られた胃腺窩上皮型過形成ポリープについてのMRI所見を報告する。

Gastric hyperplastic polyps are common benign incidental findings similar to fundic gland polyps. In this report, three cases of MRI findings of foveolar hyperplastic polyp with endoscopic and histopathological findings have been reviewed. All three cases showed high intensity on T2-weighted images. The patients in these cases presented with faint high intensity or poor visualization on MRCP and the polyps were pedunculated in appearance, which was different from the findings of gastric fundic gland polyps reported in previous studies.
