災害看護教育プログラムの開発—災害看護教育内容の抽出とカリキュラム構築

Development of Disaster Nursing Education Program

要旨

　本研究目的は、災害看護教育モデルを構築することであった。目的達成のために、①災害看護学の内容抽出と構造化をはかる、②基礎教育と卒後教育（現任教育と大学院教育）の各教育レベルにおける災害看護教育プログラム試案を作成する、③作成した災害看護教育プログラムの妥当性を検討する、3日標を設定した。研究方法として、文献統合ならびにグループ討議を用いた。その結果、教育内容として7つの大項目、その下位に各2項目から6項目の中項目、更に小項目を設定した。学部・大学院・現任教育（スタッフナースレベル・看護管理者レベル）における教育目標を設定し、それに基づきカリキュラムモデルを作成した。看護基礎教育では必修2単位、選択2単位、計4単位の科目を設定した。大学院教育においては、災害看護専門看護師育成をめざして、日本看護系大学協議会の基準にのっとり、18単位分9科目を設定した。現任教育としては、スタッフナースと看護管理者を対象として、それぞれ1日半のコースを構築した。今後に向けて、構築した教育プログラムを試行しつつ精練を続けること、災害看護教育専門家の育成を行うこと等が必要である。

Abstract

　The purpose of this study was to develop the model of disaster nursing education. Three aims were set up for this purpose : 1)To identify content of disaster nursing program, 2)To develop the model of disaster nursing program for undergraduate, graduate, and continuing educations, 3)To identify validity of this model. Literature review and group interview were utilized for the study. As the results, 7 categories including 2 to 6 middle categories with several items were emerged. The goals for undergraduate, graduate, and continuing education were clarified. Based on the educational aims, curriculum models for undergraduate, graduate, and continuing education were developed. As further tasks, it is necessary to provide and refine disaster nursing program, and to educate expert of disaster nursing.
