Lunney正確度尺度を用いる調査に必要な日本語版評価クライテリアの作成に関する研究

Study to Construct the Evaluation Criteria of Japan Version (ECJV) Which Was Required for the Survey Using Ordinal Scale for Degree of Accuracy (OSDA) by Lunney

　 看護師が特定した看護診断が結果的に正しかったのか誤っていたのか，その看護診断の正確性を測定する研究はわが国ではほとんどなされていない．そこで本研究はLunneyが開発した正確度尺度を用いる調査をわが国の看護師を対象者として実施することを最終的な目的とし，その前段階という位置づけで研究を行った．本研究の目的は，①Lunneyが開発した正確度尺度を用いる調査がわが国の看護師を対象者として実施可能であるかどうかを確認すること，②看護診断“非効果的治療計画管理”に特定されたLunneyが開発した事例を翻訳し，その妥当性を検討すること，③Lunney正確度尺度を用いる調査に必要な日本語版評価クライテリアを作成することであった．結果，わが国の看護師を対象者としても正確度調査は実施可能であることが確認された．また，事例の翻訳の妥当性は保持された．さらに，3施設82名の被験者の回答から27種類の関連因子で構成される日本語版が作成された．作成された日本語版は，Lunney版と文化的な相違があった．また，看護診断に関する理解度の相違もみられた．

　 Few researches were conducted to measure the degree of accuracy of nursing diagnosis that nurses would make clinical judgment. Final purpose of this study was to conduct the survey of the degree of accuracy of Nursing Diagnosis that Japanese nurses made clinical judgment. The purpose of this preliminary study was as follows; (a) Should it be validated that the survey which was used OSDA by Lunney could be conducted for Japanese nurses, or not? (b) Lunney's case which was specified “Nursing Diagnosis; Ineffective Therapeutic Regimen Management”should be translated. So the validity of those translations should be examined, and (c) ECJV which was required for the survey using OSDA by Lunney should be constructed. As a result, it was validated that the survey which was used OSDA by Lunney could be conducted for Japanese nurses. Also the validity of those translations of Lunney's case was examined. ECJV which was required for the survey using OSDA by Lunney were constructed. ECJV was different from Lunney Version because of cultural difference and nurse's competence about Nursing Diagnosis.
