臨床看護師のクリティカルシンキングに基づく主観的看護過程能力に影響を与える要因に関する探索的研究―構造方程式モデル作成の試み

Influence Factors on the Subjective Abilities of Nursing Process Based on Critical Thinking: Drafting Structural Equation Modeling

　 本研究の目的は，クリティカルシンキングに基づく主観的看護過程能力に影響を及ぼす要因を明らかにし，それらの要因が主観的看護過程能力にどの程度の強さで影響を与えているのかを，構造方程式モデルによって記述することを試みたものである．方法は，九州の4つの大学附属病院に勤務する臨床看護師873名を対象とし，主観的看護過程能力，個人属性，看護過程の方法，看護過程学習・指導状況，クリティカルシンキング能力（CCTDI）について質問紙調査をした．得られた結果は，単変量解析と共分散構造分析によって検討した．その結果，クリティカルシンキングに基づく主観的看護過程能力には，看護経験年数，職位，最終学歴の個人属性が影響を与えていることがわかり，その影響の程度を示す構造方程式モデルの試案を作成した．

　 The purposes of this research are to investigate the factors influencing on the subjective abilities of nursing process based on the critical thinking and to describe how strong the factors affect on the subjective abilities of nursing process by using the structural equation modeling. The structured questionnaires were completed by 873 nurses working on four university hospitals in Kyushu, Japan. Data on the demographic characteristics, the subjective abilities of nursing process, the method of nursing process, the learning condition of nursing process, and the California Critical Thinking Dispositions Inventory (CCTDI) were analyzed by univariate analysis and covariance structure analysis. The results demonstrated the obvious associations between the abilities of nursing process and the demographic variables such as the number of years worked as a nurse, the type of nursing position, and the type of basic nursing education and its extent of the associations by drafting the structural equation modeling.
