要旨
本研究の目的は、看護教員の力量形成に影響を与える要因を定量的手法において明らかにすることである。研究に同意の得られた東海4県の看護師および准看護師教育に携わっている看護教員1019名を対象に、郵送法による質問紙調査を実施した。回収率49.9%である。力量項目は『教授方法』『学習者の理解』『人格陶冶』『管理運営』『自己啓発』の5カテゴリーに対する30項目を用いた。各力量カテゴリーに影響を与える分析には、重回帰分析を、進学に影響を与える分析にはProbit分析を用いた。分析の結果、看護教員の力量形成には看護教員としての経験年数と職位が有意に影響する。教員養成講習会の受講済み教員は、未受講者よりも『教授方法』『自己啓発』『管理運営』『学習者の理解』の側面で力量得点が有意に高い。力量形成のための進学を希望すると回答している者に影響を与えている要因は、教員養成講習会を受講していない、臨床より教育に興味があるという動機、進学のための費用を自己負担してもよいという要因である。
Abstract
Aim: The purpose of this study was to investigate influential factors in acquiring the ability of a nursing teacher in quantitative technique.
Methods: The subject were nursing teachers (n=1019) working at the nursing college in Tokai area and agree to collaborate with this investigation. Dates were collected from self-recording questionnaire by mail. The items of acquiring the ability were used 30 items regarding five categories "teaching methods", "understanding of student", "character cultivation", "administration" and "selfenlightenment". An analysis of influential factors in acquiring ability was conducted by using multiple regression analysis. Probit analysis was used to analysis influential factor of proceeding to a higher school.
Result: 49.9% of questionnaires were collected. As results of an analysis, it was proved that "the experiences as nursing teacher" and "official post" were significantly influent for acquiring the ability of a nursing teacher. The ability scores of "teaching method", "self-enlightenment", "administration" and "understanding of student" in the teachers attended a teacher training class were significantly higher than as no attendance. The factors "the interest in education" and "allow to bear the cost for proceeding to a higher school" were more influent than "non attendance of a teacher training class" and "more interested in education than clinical practice".
