内視鏡下手術において，経胆嚢管胆道ドレナージチューブ（Cチューブ）は，総胆管切開切石術後の胆道ドレナージや胆嚢摘出術後の遺残結石の検出，治療に有用である．しかし，その挿入・固定は煩雑で，熟練を要する．新しく開発された経胆嚢管ドレナージチューブ（Jキット：八光メディカル社）ではその挿入が容易になったものの，固定にはCチューブと同様にエラスチック縫合糸の結紮を要する．われわれは，エラスチック縫合糸を用いずに金属の弾性によって組織を圧挫する構造のクリップ（Ligaclip® Allport：ジョンソン・エンド・ジョンソン社）をJキットの固定に用いることによって，簡便でしかも安全な経胆嚢管胆道ドレナージを可能にしたので報告した．
In laparoscopic surgery, the bile drainage tube (C-tube) is useful not only for drainage of the common bile duct after choledochotomy, but also for detection or therapy of retained stones in common bile duct after cholecytectomy. However, the insertion of a C-tube into the cystic duct is complicated and takes skill. The new bile drainage tube, J kit (Hakko Medical), allowed easy insertion through the cystic duct, but it still requires fixation on the cystic duct using a elastic thread, as in the C-tube.
