人工知能（AI）は医療分野において，診断支援や予後予測だけでなく，業務効率化などへの活用が期待されている。一方で，意思決定の不透明さ，説明可能性，公平なアクセスなどの倫理的課題も指摘される。医療AIは医師・患者関係や医療のあり方に影響を与えるため，多様なステイクホルダーの視点を踏まえた議論と協働が求められる。

Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) is expected to be utilized in the medical field for diagnostic support, prognostic prediction, and improving the efficiency of operations in healthcare settings. However, ethical challenges such as the opacity of decision-making, explainability, and equitable access have been identified as key limitations to the widespread adoption of AI in healthcare. As medical AI influences the doctor-patient relationship and the nature of healthcare, discussions and collaborations that incorporate the perspectives of various stakeholders are required.
