注意欠如多動症（ADHD）に対するデジタル治療（DTx）は，心理社会的療法の補完的選択肢として注目されている。本論では，米国および国内で承認を得たゲーム型DTx「エンデバーライド」を軸に，競合する適応学習型アプリなどのDTxの世界的開発動向を整理した。臨床試験成績，効果量，安全性，今後の展望を論じ，個別化DTxの可能性を探る。

Abstract

Digital therapeutics (DTx) for attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) have emerged as a complementary option to psychosocial interventions. This review focuses on the prescription if video-game therapy EndeavorRx (commercially known as EndeavorRide in Japan), the first game-based DTx approved by the FDA and domestically, and surveys the global development landscape of competing adaptive learning apps and other DTx modalities. We also discuss clinical trial outcomes, effect sizes, safety profiles, and future prospects and explore the potential of personalized DTx approaches.
