I．はじめに

　抗結核剤，とくに1966年にRifampicinが開発されてから抗結核化学療法は飛躍的に進歩した。それに伴って結核性疾患は著しく減少し稀な疾患となってきた。耳鼻咽侯科領域の結核症も同様に減少してきたがその中でも耳下腺結核は稀とされている。われわれは最近耳下腺結核を3症例経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Three cases of tuberculosis of the parotid gland were recently found in our department. The patients were three females, and their ages were 51, 46 and 57. The entity of parotid tuberculosis was attributed to tuberculous lymphadenitis in the parotid glands. Inactive pulmonary tuberculosis was found in two patients, but no tuberculous lesions in any organs in one patient.

The diagnosis was confirmed by histological examination in the extirpated specimen and the combination chemotherapy of RFP and INF1 was performed for 9 to 12 months.
