耳下腺結核の3例

TUBERCULOSIS OF THE INTRAPAROTID LYMPHNODES, REPORT OF THREE CASES

　Ⅰ．緒言

　結核の化学療法と外科的療法の進歩および予防法の発達によつて，結核の発生頻度は著しく減少し予後も良くなつた。それにともない耳鼻咽喉科領域における結核も次第に稀なものとなつてきた。とくに耳下腺結核（多くは耳下腺内リンパ節結核）は最近10年間に1例の報告例^1）をみるだけであるが，混合腫瘍などと誤りやすい。われわれは最近5ヵ月間に3例の耳下腺結核を経験したので報告する。

　Three cases of tuberculous lymphadenitis in the parotid gland were reported. The diagnosis was confirmed by histological examination. The patients were two women aged 44 and 41, and a man aged 23. The source of infection in the first case was thought to be a subtype of tuberculous lymphadenitis coli but that of the other cases was unknown.

　The tumors in the women's cases were extirpated surgically with the superficial lobe of the parotid gland because of the difficulty to differentiate benign of pleomorphic adenoma. In the other case the diagnosis was establish ed by biopsy.

　Treatments used were surgery and medicine, SM, KM, PAS and INH, which must be continued for about six months to one year.
