耳下腺悪性黒色腫の1例

Metastatic Malignant Melanoma in the Parotid Gland: Report of a Case

I．はじめに

　耳下腺の悪性黒色腫は稀な疾患で，諸家の報告によればその頻度は耳下腺腫瘍全体の0.2〜0.4％^3）で，しかもそのうちのほとんどが頭皮や顔面，結膜からの転移である^2）といわれている。

　最近われわれは耳介からの転移と思われる耳下腺悪性黒色腫を経験したので文献的考察を加え報告する。

　Malignant melanomas in the parotid gland are mostly metastasized from the head and neck region.

　We reported a 63-year-old female who had metastatic malignant melanoma in the right parotid gland. The primary tumor seemed to locate in the right helix, and it was removed twice before our first examination. She was underwent immunochemotherapy following to the right total parotidectomy, modified neck dissection and reconstruction of the skin defect using myocutaneous flap. However, she died of brain metastasis five months after operation.

　We discussed on malignant melanoma in the parotid gland from the findings of our case and other reports in the literatures.
