　はじめに

　耳下腺部の腫瘍のうち悪性黒色腫の頻度は，0.2から0.4％と稀であり^1），その多くは側頭部の皮膚からの転移であるといわれている^2）。今回われわれは，耳下腺部に転移し，腎細胞癌を合併した原発部位不明の悪性黒色腫の1例を経験したので文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 67-year-old man presented with malignant melanoma in the left parotid gland, left cervical lymph nodes and left cheek skin. The patient underwent left total parotidectomy, radical neck dissection and excision of the cheek lesion followed by immunochemotherapy. Primary site was not discovered by a series of examinations. Mean-while, a left renal tumor was found and was pa-thologically diagnosed as renal cell carcinoma. Ten months after surgery, he developed a meta-stasis to the cervical lymph nodes and has been under immunochemotherapy.
