I．緒言
耳鼻咽喉科領域における重複癌は比較的多くみられる。しかし文献的には二重癌が大部分を占めており，三重癌以上の重複癌はこれまで10例に満たない。
今同われわれは左軟口蓋，右舌縁，左声帯に同時性に発症した三重癌の1例を経験した。組織学的にはいずれも扁平皮癌であったが，臨床的あるいは組織学的にお互いに独立した発生が考えられたので同時性三重癌として報告する。
A 66-year-old man with multiple primary cancers i.e. the left soft palate, the rght side of the tongue all specimens revealed squamous cell carcinoma, however the tumor of the soft palate was moderately differentiated carcinoma, the tongue was early invaisve carcinoma and the vocal cord had a small cancerous focus in dysplastic sells. And all these cancers were thought to be indepiedent.
According to Warren's criteria, we concluded that this patient had multiple primary cancers.
