　Ⅰ．緒言

　重複癌については，すでに多くの報告があり，消化器系臓器に多発しているが，三重癌は比較的稀である。

　最近われわれは，喉頭癌手術後12年を経過して男子乳癌が発生し，さらにその手術後7年を経過して頸部食道癌が発生，放射線治療を行なつたが，死亡した三重癌の1例を経験したので報告する。

　A case of multiple cancer which is rather rare that involved the larynx, mammary gland and the esophagus is reported of a man, aged 72.

　The first cancer occurred in the larynx when the patient was at the age of 52. The patient was laryngectomized and given irradiation treatment of 4,000 R.

　Twelve years later, the patient was affected with the second cancer which involved the breast. The malignancy was removed under radical operation.

　Seven years later, when the patient reached the age of 72 he was attacked by onset of the third cancer which involved the esophagus. The patient was given irradiation treatment in massive doses but the malignancy was uncontrolable.
