腎・膀胱・前立腺の同時性三重複癌

A triple cancer of urinary system

　症例は，74歳男性。他院にて膀胱癌術後，経過観察中の患者。2011年，腰部脱力感が出現し，当院受診。CTで右腎腫瘍を認め，MRIで前立腺癌を疑う所見を認めた。加えて膀胱鏡で膀胱腫瘍再発所見を認めた。前立腺生検，TUR-Btを施行後に根治的右腎摘出術を施行した。病理組織学的検査の結果，右腎細胞癌，膀胱癌，前立腺癌の三重複癌と診断された。調べる限りでは本邦27例目であった。

The patient was a 74-year-old man during follow-up at another hospital after treatment for bladder cancer. The patient presented in 2011 complaining of weakness in the hips. Right renal tumor was identified on computed tomography and prostatic cancer was found on magnetic resonance imaging. In addition, recurrent bladder cancer was found on cystoscopy. After prostatic biopsy and transurethral resection of bladder tumor, radical nephrectomy was performed under the diagnosis of right renal carcinoma. Histopathological results revealed cancer of the kidney, bladder, and prostate, leading to a diagnosis of triple cancer. Twenty-seven cases including own case appear to have been reported to date.
