I．はじめに

　濾胞性歯牙嚢腫については，いくつかの症例が報告されている^1〜9）。

　今回我々は，上顎洞に発生した大きな濾胞性歯牙嚢腫の1例を経験したが，術前にCT撮影を行い，診断のみならず，嚢腫の周囲との位置的関係等の全体像を把握することができ，有効と考えたので報告する。

　A follicular cyst of the maxillary sinus was found in a 16-year-old girl complained of right-sided nasal obstruction of a 4-months' duration.

　Plain X-ray and computed tomography revealed a homogenous cystic shadow in the maxillary sinus and a dental shadow. The cyst and tooth were removed by trans-bucco-labial approach. It was concluded that CT is useful to ascertain the region of cyst and to determin the anatomical correlation to the surrounding structures.
