濾胞性歯牙嚢腫の3例

THREE CASES OF FOLLICULAR DENTAL CYST

　I．はじめに

　上顎に発生する歯因性腫瘍は，歯根嚢腫，濾胞性歯牙嚢腫，エナメル上皮腫，歯牙腫などに代表されるが，耳鼻咽喉科領域においてばこれらは比較的稀な疾患とされている。このうち濾胞性歯牙嚢腫についてはその症例報告も少なくないが，今回われわれはこの数年間に右硬口蓋腫脹を主訴とした38歳女子，左頬部腫脹と左眼痛を伴つた17歳女子，および，左頬部，左口腔前庭部腫脹の7歳男子の3症例を経験し，とくに第1症例においては，多発性ならびに嚢腫進展方向に興味ある所見を呈していたので，若干の考察を加えてここに報告する。

　Three cases of follicular dental cyst were reported and their pathogenesis were discussed. Their ages were 38, 17 and 7, respectively. Growing of follicular dental cyst in patients over 30 years of age and under 10 years of age is relatively rare. Swelling of the hard palate in the first case suggested uncommon direction of the growing of the cyst, and, this case was a rare case of a multi-follicular cyst because of her past history of surgical extirpation of a maxillary follicular dental cyst 14 years ago. Although follicular dental cyst is relatively rare, we must bear in mind this cyst in the otorhinolaryngological examinations.
