上顎洞外側上方に迷入した濾胞性歯牙嚢腫の一症例

DENTAL CYST WITH UNERUPTED TOOTH

　I．緒言

　古くから迷入歯牙による上顎洞嚢腫症例は種々報告されているが^{1）2）3）5）7）}，その多くは原因歯牙存在部が上顎洞底部にあり，上顎洞内に嚢腫を形成したものである。

　最近私たちは，右上顎第二大臼歯原基の方向ならびに発育異常をきたした歯牙が，上顎洞外側上方に存在し，その主症状が眼窩およびその周囲にのみ発した稀有なる症例に遭遇したので，その概略を述べ成因について簡単な文献的考察を試みた。

A woman, aged 40, complained of a swelling below the eye and exophthalmos Examination revealed a displaced unerupted molar tooth, that took its course of growth towards the lower rim of the orbit and somehow became infected, to be the underlying cause of this trouble.
