濾胞性歯牙嚢腫を伴える逆生歯の1例

　歯牙が其の発生する部位を誤つて鼻腔，上顎洞内に出現し，或は上顎骨内に埋伏し，苦しくは之れに類似した位置異常を示すことは稀有ではなく，幾多の先人が珍稀なる症例，或は臨床上意味ある症例として記載報告しているが，最近私共は上顎洞内に出現した逆生歯牙に伴つて発生したと思われる濾胞性歯牙嚢腫の1例を経験したので，此処に文献的考察を少しく加えて報告する次第である。

Suzuki and associates report a case of displaced third molar that caused an acute swelling and tumefaction of the cheek. The patient was a man aged 20. The third molar in its displaced situation was found to be complicated by a follicular dental cyst and to have invaded the region of the floor and the anterior wall of the maxillary sinus close to floor of the nasal cavity. Other reports in the literature on similar subjects are discussed.
