　I．緒言

　鼻副鼻腔に発生する血管原性の腫瘍のうち，hemangiopericytomaは稀なものである。今回筆者らは，鼻腔および篩骨洞に発生した2例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　A 40-year-old woman complained of nose bleeding of the right nasal cavity. The first histological examination of a mass in the nasal carity revealed cavernous hemangioma, but the diagnosis of hemangiopericytoma was confirmed by the second biopsy of the nasal mass. The tumor was extirpatedby transpalatine approach and postoperative irradiation was performed, but local recurrence and distant metastasis appeared.

　The other case, a 69-year-old woman, presented exophthalmus of the left eye. A tumor of the left ethmoid sinus revealed hemangiomatous findingson angiography and CT scan. Histological examination revealed hemangiopericytoma. The tumor was extirpated with lateral rhinotomy after ligation of the left external carotid artery, but local recurrence and invasion to the frontal lobe appeared soon.
