  • Look Inside

A clinico-anatomical study on infratentorial malignant lymphoma in a 58-year-old woman who showed positional vertigo when she turned her head toward her right, and subsequently unilateral sudden deafness in the right ear as the inital symptoms of the illness is reported. She developed various right-sided clinical manifestations such as hemifacial numbness, loss of taste, hemifacial palsy, hemipharyngeal palsy, hoarseness due to recurrent nerve paralysis and cerebellar signs of the right extremities. She also showed interesting nystagmus. The tumor occupied the right cerebelloponto-medullary junction. Clinico-anatomical correlations were discussed.
