当教室における異物症例の検討

Statistical Analysis of Foreign Bodies

　Ⅰ．はじめに

　当科領域の異物症は日常診療上決して少なくはない。特に気管，気管支，食道異物のような生命に危険を及ぼす場合の報告は多いが，その他の部位の異物症についてのまとまった報告は少ない。昭和52年1月から55年12月までの4年間に当科で扱った異物症について統計的観察を行い，それぞれについて若干の検討を加え，また特に異物摘出上問題点のあった4例については考察を加え報告する。

　During the last 4 years (1977-1980), the authors treated 100 cases with foreign bodies in otolaryngological regions. Many of them were found in the external auditory canal and pharynx (27 cases each). And the nasal cavity, esophagus and bronchus followed the above.

　4 cases of them showing interesting process were reported.

　In two cases their foreign bodies were removed by surgical operation. Other two cases suffered from malignant hyperthermia as a complication of general anesthesia in which fluothane and suecinylcholine chloride were used.
