長い臨床経過をたどり，喉頭，下咽頭後壁に浸潤した甲状腺癌再発症例

A Case Report of Papillary Adenocarcinoma of the Thyroid Invading the Larynx and Hypopharynx

　I．緒言

　甲状腺癌は耳鼻咽喉科領域で扱う頻度は割合少ないが，喉頭，下咽頭など広範囲に浸潤した場合，耳鼻咽喉科での治療が必然的に必要となる。

　今回，初発が30年前にあり，長い臨床経過をたどり，数回の再発の末，喉頭，下咽頭に広く浸潤し，喉頭全摘，下咽頭切除を余儀なくされた甲状腺癌再発症例を経験したので，ここに報告し，ご批判をあおぐ次第である。

　A case of papillary adenocarcinoma of the thyroid invading the larynx and hypopharynx after frequent local recurrence is reported. The patient, a 55-year-old male with his chief complaints of mild hoarseness and dyspnea, underwent a total laryngectomy and a partial pharyngectomy. The postoperative course was uneventful.
