Ⅰ．緒言

　頸部には良性及び悪性腫瘍が発生し，その鑑別診断には困難を感ずるものが多い。又その手術も複雑な解剖学的関係から危険を伴うものもある。最近私共は左顎下部に発生したノイリノームと右顎下腺ノイリノームの2例を続けて経験した。我国の文献上に於て頸部のノイリノームは極めて少なく，顎下腺ノイリノームの症例は，私共の見た範囲では発見出来なかつたので症例を追加報告する

Two cases of neurinoma are reported with a review of literature. In the first case, a woman, aged 53, the growth was found in the submandibular region without pain, but, with gradual increase in size. In the second case, also a woman, aged 35, the growth occurred in the sublingual region which registered pain and gradual increase in size to the extent that it interfered with patient's speech. The growths in both cases were removed surgic-ally. The diagnosis was made by microscopic examination.
