　緒言

　喉頭の良性腫瘍として吾々が臨床上比較的屡々遭遇するのは，乳嘴腫，繊維腫，嚢腫，粘膜ポリーブ及び混合腫瘍等であるが，ノイリノームは極めて稀である。

　抑々ノィリノームはシユワン氏鞘の神経繊維細胞より発生する外胚葉性腫瘍で，中枢神経に好発すると言われるが，稀には末梢神経にも発生する。而して喉頭ノイリノームの症例は私達の知る所では我が国で1例，海外でも僅かに6例を見るのみである。

Doi and Nakamura report a case of laryngeal neurinoma. The history of the patient, a man aged 22, revealed that he was exposed to a she-ll-shock in July, 1945 at one of the South Pacific Islands during the later part of the War. He remained unconscious for the ensuing 24 hours but, upon his recovery from this immediate effect the patient noted the onset of a marked hoarseness in speech. Since then the patient sought relief of his symptoms of dyspnea and dysphagia which repeatedly bother him. At the present examination 6 years hence the initial injury neurinoma is found in the larynx. The tumor is removed by means of laryngeal fissure.
