　I．はじめに

　本邦における悪性リンパ腫の代表格である細網肉腫に対する治療方針については，まだ西欧におけるホジキン氏病ほど一貫した方法がないため，わが教室における治療成績を検討し，より有効な治療法を確立するための新しい試みを行なつたので報告する。

　The authors have treated 36 cases of reticulosarcomas since 1965. As reticulosarcomas are easily metastasized to the whole body, and are relapsable in different regions, while the five-year-survival rate of those with reticulosarcomas of the Waldeyer's areas was 52%, the authors considered that chemotherapy should be adopted positively in combination with radiotherapy even for the patients in stages 1 and 2. In chemotherapy, Cyclophosphamide, Vincristine and Betamethasone were intermittently administered and in between radiotherapy (about 4000 R) was adopted. The results showed that this therapy method was more effective and comparatively safer with less side effects.
