細網肉腫の治療について

CHEMOTHERAPY IN RETICULUM CELL SARCOMA, A REPORT OF SEVEN CASES

　I．はじめに

　細網肉腫は，Walton^1）が壊疽性鼻炎の分類で，鼻細網肉腫をWegener's granulomatosisと同列に扱つたことから，わが科領域でも免疫学的類似性が考えられるようになり^2），その治療面でも，Wegener's granulomatosisに準じた治療法も導入されるようになつているようであるが，いまだ確実な治療法はない。

　しかし，細網肉腫は，組織学的には比較的明確に診断されることも少なくなく，全科的にみても，悪性リンパ腫の中で占める割合は，わが国ではもつとも多い^3）。

　Seven cases of reticulum cell sarcoma are reported. All cases were treated with irradiation while three of them were given chemotherapy in addition to the irradiation, known as VEMP therapy.

　A temporary remission was seen in six cases treated with irradiation and the combined chemotherapy but, no compete cure was evident.

　The author believe that, in treatment of reticulum cell sarcoma, VEMP chemotherapy with-out 6 MP is highly effective while being less toxic to the patient.
