はじめに

　甲状腺分化癌は比較的予後が良好な悪性腫瘍であるが，甲状腺未分化癌は予後が非常に不良ある。今回，われられは，頸部リンパ節転移巣が未分化転化をきたしたと考えられた甲状腺乳頭癌の症例を経験したので，文献的考察を含めて報告する。

　A 75-year-old man presented to our hospital with a neck mass. Computed tomography scans revealed calcification of a thyroid nodule and a swelling of the lymph node. The patient complained of pain in the lymph node and further examination revealed that the lymph node was growing rapidly. Left thyroidectomy, D1 dissection, and biopsy of the lymph node were performed. Pathological examination of the thyroid nodule showed papillary carcinoma, and the lymph node indicated metastatic anaplastic carcinoma. The patient died within 1 month after the surgery.
