　I．はじめに

　前頭洞ピオケーレは稀有なものではなく，すでに多くの臨床医によつて報告されているが，最近眼球突出を主訴として来院し，手術によつて治癒し得た2症例を経験したので，いささか考察を加えて報告する。

　Two cases of pyocele of the frontal sinus are reported. Both cases have had previous operation covering the frontal, ethmoidal and maxillary sinuses. The common complaint in both cases was exophthalmos but the nasal symptoms were not at all prominent. The diagnosis was confirmed at the time of reopening of the frontal sinus. With the removal of the tumor the eye symptoms completely subsided.
