Ⅰ．緒言
頸部に特有な原発性腫瘍としては，リンパ組織に由来するもの，甲状腺に由来するもの，腮原性のもの（嚢腫，癌），唾液腺腫瘍，神経より発生する腫瘍，頸動脈球腫瘍，皮様嚢腫などがあげられるが，その鑑別診断には，しばしば困難を伴う。神経原性の腫瘍であるNeurinomaは，脊髄や小脳橋角部に多く，末梢神経にも発生するが，耳鼻咽喉科領域にみられることは比較的まれであるとされている。最近われわれは，左下顎角下部に発生した単発性Neurinomaの2例に遭遇したので，ここに若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。
We report two cases of neurinoma which occurred in the left neck.
Operation revealed the growth to be situated in deep lying area of the neck between the internal and external carotid.
The diagnosis of neurinoma was made by microscopic examination following extirpation of the growh.
Two cases of cervical neurinoma is reported with comments.
