Ⅰ．緒言
喉頭には各種の良性腫瘍が発生するが，中でも神経原性の腫瘍は稀なものの一つである。神経組織より発生したと推定される腫瘍の中にはGanglioma，Neurofibroma，Neurinoma，Chemodectomaなどの報告が見られるが，われわれは喉頭に発生したNeurinomaの1例を経験したのでここに報告する。
A man, aged 45, complained of hoarseness and dyspnea. An indirect mirror examination of the larynx revealed a large smooth mass almost filling the entire larynx. Under general anesthesia using the snare and long forceps the tumor was dissected free from its attachment which left a raw anterior surface of the arytenoid area. Microscopic examination revealed the growth to be a neurinoma Antoni A type.
A review of literature showed 16 cases of laryngeal neurinomas reported in this country.
