Ⅰ．緒言
近年酵素化学の進歩に伴ない臨床医学で酵素化学的手技を用いて疾病の診断を行なうことが活発となり，これが臨床病理検査法として注目されてきた。著者らは耳鼻咽喉科疾患患者の血清Amylase値を測定し，その臨床的意義を検討した。
In inflammatory involvement of the salivary glands, blood amylase increase is invariably established. Therefore the finding of blood amylase increase is definitive diagnosis for salivary gland disease particularly for its acute involvement the finding of amylase increase is indispensable.
