舌根部Neurinomaの1症例

A NEURINOMA OF THE LINGUAL ROOT, A CASE REPORT

　I．はじめに

　耳鼻咽喉科領域におけるNeurinomaは聴神経腫瘍として出現するのが圧倒的に多いが，稀にこの部位以外に見られることもある。今回，われわれは右側中咽頭腔の大部分を占める巨大な舌根部Neurinomaを経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する次第である。

A neurinoma at the root of the tongue in a man, aged 59, is reported. The nature of thisaffection is described in detail by listing the site of predilection, the age of the patient most vulnerable to this disease, the sex, pathologicalobservation of the growth, the diagnosis and the method of treatment.
